About Rōzmary Kitchen
Rōzmary Kitchen was founded in 2021 by husband and wife team, Nick and Melissa, who have a passion for creating simple and delicious food.
Our sandwiches are inspired by East Coast-style hoagies using West Coast ingredients. Each sandwich is carefully crafted using seasonal produce and inspired by the places we’ve been and the foods we have eaten. All of our sauces, pickles, and meats are made inhouse and we source our ingredients locally whenever possible. In collaboration with The Midwife and the Baker, our bread is custom made and delivered fresh daily.
